Her work sits at the intersection of technology, psychology, systems thinking, human behavior and community design.
Before founding IRL, Nida spent over two decades across global companies including L'Oréal, Unilever and Reckitt, before transitioning into leadership development, executive coaching and human systems work.
Today, she builds ecosystems, experiences and platforms designed to help people create deeper relationships, stronger communities and more meaningful lives.
She is also the organizer and license holder of TEDxThonglor, TEDxThonglorWomen and TEDxThonglorPlay — where she curates conversations, ideas and communities designed to shape the future.
